GARNER, Bera Lou, 83, of Roanoke, passed away Tuesday, September 21, 1993. Survivors include one son, Robert Cotton; one daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Harry Copeland; three sisters, Lillie Muse, Alma Thompson, all of Roanoke, and Elizabeth English of Alexandria; one granddaughter, Ann Brown of Laurel, Md.; three great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
