OBIT HINER, THELMA HALE

HINER, Thelma Hale, 81, of Roanoke, died Wednesday, September 22, 1993. She was the widow of Cecil Edward Hiner and was a former employee of Appalachian Power Company. Surviving are one nephew, Darnell (Dar) Plymale, Roanoke; niece, Frances Bashista, Boca Raton, Fla. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Heart Fund. A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday in Evergreen Burial Park by the Rev. James Millsaps. Arrangements by Oakey's Roanoke.
