OBIT STRADER, EVERETT PRESTON

STRADER, Everett Preston, 89, of Radford, died Tuesday, September 21, 1993 in Radford Community Hospital. He was born September 26, 1903 in Nesco, W. Va., the son of the late John David Strader and Mary Evelyn Jones Strader. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Flossie Wright Strader; two sons and daughters-in-law, David and Linda Strader, Tampa, Fla., Pete and Jane Strader, Fairfax, Va.; four grandchildren, Mrs. Valarie S. Isom, Mrs. Juanita S. Hayward, Preston Strader, Lonnie Strader; and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, Dublin, Va., with the Rev. Neil Long and Rev. Cecil Baxter officiating. Entombment to follow in the mausoleum. Visiting will be anytime after 1 p.m. Thursday and the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at the A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home, White Gate.
