OBIT VANDAL, ANDREW C. ("BABY ANDREW")

VANDAL, Andrew C., ("Baby Andrew"), 9, son of Katherine Vandal, of 4 Sylvan Way, Wallingford, Conn., died Thursday, September 23, 1993. He was born in Roanoke on July 12, 1984. He had attended the Orange Congregational Church Nursery School. He had been a Wallingford resident for nine years. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his grandparents, Ernest and Joyce Stevenson Vandal, with whom he resided, and several aunts and uncles. He is also survived by his foster parents, Barbara and Bobby Stanley, Plantation Road, Roanoke. Funeral arrangements will be private. It is suggested that gifts in his memory be sent to the following special needs Children Foundation: Alpha & Omega, Inc., c/o Rachel Rossow, 15 1/2 Lambs Lane, Ellington, CT 06029. The B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 South Elm St., Wallingford, Conn., is in charge of the arrangements.
