Miss Virginia 1993, Nancy Glisson, will be on hand as the Virginia Tech Adult Day Care Center, 102 Wallace Hall, holds its grand opening for family caregivers and professionals Tuesday, 10 a.m., and Oct. 28, 2 p.m.
