BUCKLEY-HACKLER

Colonel and Mrs. Paul R. Buckley of Baltimore, Maryland, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Victoria Beall Buckley, to Mr. Mark Kevin Hackler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Eldon G. Hackler of Roanoke, Virginia.

The prospective bride and groom are both 1990 graduates of Randolph-Macon College, Ashland, Virginia. Following the wedding they will live in Wilmington, North Carolina, where the groom is employed by Ferguson Enterprises.

The wedding will take place October 30, in Baltimore.
