ALEXANDER-ALESHIRE

Katherine Charlene Aleshire and Mark Edward Alexander were married September 25, 1993, in First Baptist Church, Roanoke, with Rev. Charles Ward officiating. The reception was held at the church. The matron of honor was Sheri Wilson, sister of the bride. The bridesmaid was Jennifer Hodge, friend of the bride. Flower girls were Kristen and Elizabeth Dewit, nieces of the groom. The best man was Donald "Boe" St. Clair, friend of the groom. Groomsman was Henry Ambez, cousin of the groom. Ushers were Michael Aleshire, brother of the bride, and Edward Dewit, brother-in-law of the groom. Ring bearer was Marcus Aleshire, brother of the bride. Guestbook was attended by Pamela Cundiff, cousin of the bride. The bride is the daughter of James and Sue Aleshire of Troutville. She is also the daughter of the late Patricia S. Aleshire. She is finishing a two-year degree in accounting and is employed by Y.W.C.A. in Salem. The groom is the son of James and Doris Alexander of Salem. He is employed by Salem Quality Equipment, Inc. The newlyweds will live in Salem, Va., after a wedding trip to Myrtle Beach.
