HOLYFIELD-WOODFORD

Tamara Shay Woodford and Keith Duane Holyfield were married September 25, 1993 in Vinton Baptist Church with Reverend David Elks officiating. The reception immediately followed at the Elk's Club.

The matron of honor was Lorraine Woodford, mother of the bride. The bridesmaids were Karen Morton, sister of the groom, of Raleigh, N.C., Ginny Briggs and Livia Pagan, both of Roanoke, Va., Kim Richardson, of Wirtz, Va., Teresa Dance, Meegan McKeever, both of Richmond, Va., and Anne Goodman, of Virginia Beach. The flower girl was Leigh Ann Nystrom, friend of the bride.

The best man was Jack Holyfield, father of the groom. The head usher was Kevin Holyfield, brother of the groom. The groomsmen were Scott Johnson, Chad Woodford, Michael Lawhorn, Rodney Amos, all of Roanoke, Va., Brad Davis, of Vinton, Va., and Jared Jackson, of Richmond, Va. Austin Morton, nephew of the groom, served as ring bearer.

The guest book was attended by Kay Robertson, and the music was sung by Lisa Wilson, both friends of the bride and groom.

The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Lorraine Woodford, of Roanoke. The groom is the son of Jack and Linda Holyfield, of Vinton.

Both the bride and groom are graduates of Ferrum College. The newlyweds will reside in Roanoke after their wedding trip to Mountain Lake.
