COUNT PULASKIFEST CHILI CHEFS SOUGHT

There's still room for area chili chefs who want to compete in the Count Pulaskifest chili contest Saturday. Individuals and groups are welcome.

Participating cooks should make a pot of their favorite chili recipe before the festival. Setup for the chili contest starts at 10 a.m. in front of the Old Courthouse, and judging will be at 11 a.m.

Tables, camp stoves, crock pots and hot plates (and electric power), as well as utensils and sample cups, will be provided.

First-, second- and third-place awards will be presented. Chili chefs won't have to reveal their secret recipes to win.

The Count Pulaskifest takes place Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
