The ITT Night Mariner is not designed to be used when shooting a hunting gun at night. An error in a story on the Monday Outdoor Page made it appear that the device could be used for night shooting.

The number for additional information on the Roanoke Rifle and Revolver Club sighting-in days, Oct. 31 and Nov. 7, is 774-6851. The October Calendar on Monday's Outdoor Page had it listed incorrectly.
