Miss Patricia Scanlin, friend, served as maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Maria Scesney, sister-in-law of the bride; Amy Didio, friend; Laurie Salerno, cousin of the bride; Dina Acciai, sister of the groom; and Elisabeth Stuart, cousin of the bride. The junior bridesmaid was Faith Stuart, cousin of the bride. Christopher Difrancesco, friend, served as best man. The ushers were Paul Scesney, brother of the bride; Peter Gaglio, cousin of the bride; Jospeh Mendel, Art Campbell and David Posney, friends.
The bride wore a gown of whiteshantung with an off-the-shouldersweetheart neck. The fitted bodice and sleeves were of alencon lace heavily beaded with pearls and clear sequins. The basque waistline fell into a full skirt and semi-cathedral train edged with alencon lace. Her headpiece was a wreath of satin and alencon lace flowers featuring a looped bow and a waist length double layer of tulle. She carried a formalcascade of Gardenias, Stephanotis,Minuette Roses, Italian Russcus and lace ribbons.
Lisa is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David E. Scesney of Blacksburg, Va. She is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia,Fredonia, N.Y. and is employed byEnvision Advertising in Radford, Va. Guy is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Deno Acciai of Lower Burrell, Pa. He is a graduate of Grove City College in Grove City, Pa. and is attending Va. Tech University. He isemployed by Corning Inc.
Following their wedding trip toCalifornia, the newlyweds will reside in Blacksburg, Va.
