OBIT JONES, WILLIAM M.

JONES, William M., ("Billy"), 64, of Roanoke, died Saturday, October 2, 1993. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie H. and Myrtle M. Jones. Surviving are one sister, Jacqueline "Jackie" Prillaman, Roanoke; one brother, Charles A. Jones, Salem; and a number of nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Williamson Road Lifesaving Crew. A graveside service will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday in Fair View Cemetery by the Rev. Kelly Dampeer. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Oakey's Roanoke.
