OBIT BELL, PAULINE INGRAM

BELL, Pauline Ingram, 75, of Roanoke, passed away Saturday, October 2, 1993 at her home following a long illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmett L. Bell. Survivors include two sisters, Katie Ingram Poindexter, Glade Hill, Dovie Ingram Wimmer, Bluefield, W.Va.; a brother, Hunter Brown Ingram, Boones Mill; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins; a special friend, Betty Stoneman, Roanoke. Mrs. Bell was a longtime member and active participant and chaplain in many veterans organizations including American Legion #542, AmVets Post #40, VFW 1264 and DAV Auxiliary #3. Graveside services will be conducted Thursday, October 7, 1993 at 2 p.m. in Mountain View Memorial Park, Route 919 in Franklin County with the Rev. Carter Sloan of Fellowship Baptist Church officiating. The family will receive friends at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel Wednesday, October 6, 1993 from 2 to 4 and 8 to 9 p.m. at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
