FESTIVAL OF TREES DEADLINE OCT. 15

The deadline for entering a tree in the New River Valley Festival of Trees has been extended to Oct. 15.

The festival, sponsored by the Montgomery County Chapter of the American Red Cross, will be held at the New River Valley Mall from Nov. 26 through Dec. 5. There is no entry fee, and a $100 prize will be awarded for the "Best of Show."
