IN SPORTS - GOLF

NBC Sports has reached an agreement for the exclusive broadcast and cable television rights to cover the 1995 and 1997 Ryder Cup matches. The 31st Ryder Cup, which matches teams of golfers from the United States and Europe in three days of match-play competition, is scheduled for Sept. 22-24, 1995, at the Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, N.Y. The 1997 Cup will be in Spain.
