OBIT HARRIS, NANNIE ROYAL

HARRIS, Nannie Royal, 84, of Floyd, died Thursday evening, October 7, 1993, in Skyline Manor Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elder Golden Harris. She is survived by one brother, George W. Royal Jr., Floyd; two sisters-in-law, Evelyn R. Scott, Bassett, Lucy Mae Bishop, Blacksburg; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be Sunday October 10, 2 p.m., at Gardner Funeral Home, Floyd, with Elder Sidney E. Rakes officiating. Interment will follow in Topeco Cemetery. Friends may call after 9 Saturday morning at Gardner Funeral Home where the family will be from 6 to 8 that evening.
