Carole Creamer and Robbie Yates were married September 18, 1993, in Trinity
United Methodist Church with Minister David Tanner officiating. The maid of
honor was Kelly Creamer, sister of bride. Bridesmaids were Eva Stalnaker,
Donna Garst and Liz Carroll, friends of bride. The best man was Norman Yates,
father of groom. Groomsmen were Donnie Stalnaker, Cam Cole, John Damewood,
Jeff Young and Steve Wooldridge, friends. Ushers were Larry Richards and David
Caldwell, friends. The bride is the daughter of Don Creamer, Blacksburg, Va.,
and Jeanne Carter, Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State
University in 1988 and is employed by Allstate. The groom is the son of Norman
and Shirley Yates of Shawsville, Va. He graduated from William Fleming High
School in 1981 and is employed by Krisch Printing. The newlyweds will live in
Roanoke after a wedding trip to St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands.
