BRIDGE IMPROVEMENT INFORMATION AVAILABLE

County residents will have an opportunity to learn details of the Virginia 614 bridge improvement project from the Virginia Department of Transportation.

The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Oct. 19 at New Prospect Church.

The bridge, over Sheep Creek in the Thaxton area, is scheduled for reconstruction this fall. The bridge would be closed for about two months.
