OBIT HAMILTON, GERTIE THOMAS

HAMILTON, Gertie Thomas, 84, of Roanoke County, died Sunday, October 10, 1993. She was the widow of William M. Hamilton and is survived by her sons, Eugene and Dean Hamilton; daughters, Annie Warden, Thelma Wagner and Doris Tolliver; grandchildren, Gary Hamilton, Mark Warden, Deborah Carter and Tammy Hamilton; great-grandchildren, Jamie Carter, Stephany Carter and Sean Knoll; sister, Willie Powell; brothers, Carl Thomas and Edward Thomas. Funeral services will be 12 noon Tuesday at the Lotz Roanoke Chapel, by Rev. Harry E. Leland, with Burial in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Lotz Roanoke Chapel.
