OBIT MCGUIRE, CHARLES K.

McGUIRE, Charles K., ("Ken"), 53, of Roanoke, died Sunday, October 10, 1993 in a local hospital. He was a member of the Vinton Wesleyan Church. Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Patresia and Randy Mossor, Roanoke, Crystal and Frank Prescuitti, Pointe Vedra Beach, Fla.; one son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth Van and Cynthia McGuire, Roanoke; two grandsons, Nathan and Jereme Mossor; mother, Lucy McGuire T. Simmons, Roanoke; three brothers, Ronald W. McGuire, Vinton, Donald W. McGuire, Goodview, Dale L. Thomas, Roanoke; a very dear friend, June Perkins, Thomasville, N.C.; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Abe and Gordis Horsley, Salem. Funeral services will be at the Vinton Wesleyan Church, 11 a.m. Tuesday, with Dr. Flavy B. Brown officiating. Interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial be made to the Vinton Weslyan Church Building Fund. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
