OBIT BRADLEY, BETTYE JEAN HAND

BRADLEY, Bettye Jean Hand, 63, of Christiansburg, died Sunday, October 10, 1993, at Montgomery Regional Hospital. She was a retired employee of C&P Telephone and a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Jack B. Shepherd, Midland; her father and stepmother, Julius Edgar and Martha Hand, West Virginia; four sisters, Christine Bland, Madeline Baily, Faye Fox and Mary Ellen Whittaker, all of West Virginia. Memorial services will be held at a later date. The family asked anyone wishing to make memorial contributions, consider the Joy Ranch, P.O. Box 727, Hillsville, Va. 24343. Arrangements are being handled by Richardson-Horne Funeral Home.
