OBIT ARMENTROUT, CHARLES EDWARD

ARMENTROUT, Charles Edward, 35, of Natural Bridge, died Saturday, October 9, 1993. Mr. Armentrout was born in Lexington on April 15, 1958, a son of Lee Hobson Armentrout and Audrey Pruett Armentrout of Natural Bridge. He was the farm manager at the Oak Hill Farm in Buchanan, a life member of the High Bridge Presbyterian Church, Natural Bridge, served on the current Board of Deacons and Cemetery Trustee, and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Virginia Farm Bureau. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Alecia Reynolds Armentrout, the daughter of Norman and Faye Reynolds of Glasgow; son, Dustin Adam Armentrout, Natural Bridge; a brother, James L. Armentrout, Natural Bridge; three sisters, Violet A. Vest, Natural Bridge; Carol A. Tolley, Natural Bridge, Connie A. Powell, Christiansburg. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, October 13, 1993, at 2 p.m. at the High Bridge Presbyterian Church with Rev. Glenn M. Coleman officiating with burial to follow in the Church Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Glasgow First Aid Crew or the High Bridge Presbyterian Church Scholarship Fund. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Harrison Funeral Home, Lexington.
