Glenvar bolted to a 29-8 lead at halftime and never looked back as it defeated Highland 54-25 in a Pioneer District girls' basketball game Tuesday night.

Marilea Hale had 25 points for the Highlanders (9-3, 5-0) and Toree Morris added 12.

The Rams (2-9, 1-7) got 11 points from Amy Arbaugh.
