OBIT CARDEN, IRMA JANETT ("MARY")

CARDEN, Irma Janett ("Mary"), 75, of Radford, died Friday, October 15, 1993, at Lewis Gale Hospital in Salem, Va. She was preceded in death by her father, J. D. Carden and step mother, Edna Jones Carden. She is survived by a special niece; Patty Scripture and a number of nieces and nephews. Also surviving is an aunt, Rebecca Jones, Roanoke. Graveside services will be held Sunday at 4:30 p.m. from West View Cemetery in Radford with the Rev. Dennis Martin officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the DeVilbiss Funeral Home in Radford.
