DUNCAN-GENTRY

Rebecca Gentry and Dennis Duncan were united in marriage on September 18, 1993 in Layman Memorial Baptist Church. Rev. Douglas Tate was theofficiating clergyman. The reception was held at Layman Memorial Baptist Church.

Elizabeth Worley, friend of the bride, served as maid of honor. The flowergirls were Danielle Spangler and KelseySnider, nieces. Phillip Holland, friend of the groom, served as best man. The ushers and candlelighters were Michael Gentry, brother of the bride, and MichaelPapenfuse, brother of the groom. The ringbearer was Brenton Papenfuse.

Rebecca is the daughter of DianeGentry and Jerry Gentry, both of Roanoke, Va. She is a 1990 graduate of William Fleming High School. Dennis is the son of Carole Papenfuse and Dennis Duncan, both of Roanoke, Va. He is a 1986 graduate of Lord Botetourt High School and is employed by Roanoke Memorial Rehab.

Following their wedding trip toMountain Lake, the newlyweds reside in Roanoke.
