The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Larry W. Williams, of Rocky Mount. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard A. Covey, of Smith Mountain Lake, and Mr. and Mrs. Ira W. Williams, of Brookneal, Va. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve A. Fralin, Sr., of Blue Ridge. The groom's grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Henry Giles, of Blue Ridge, and Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Freeman, of Roanoke, and Mr. Jack East, of Daleville. The bride and groom are graduates of Ferrum College.
Christie Williams, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Shelli Blankenship, of Rocky Mount, Va.; Sharon Jones, of Salem, Va.; Debra Parcell, of Rocky Mount, Va.; and Belinda Robertson, of Glade Hill, Va. The flowergirl was Emma Wilson, of Moneta, Va. Mr. Fralin served his son as best man. Ushers were Jeff Fralin, brother of the groom; Rodney Dellis, of Huddleston, Va.; John Sheets, of Blue Ridge, Va.; and Shannon Walters, of Vinton, Va. Tyler Nance was the ring bearer.
Music was provided by Fair Robey, organist, and Wes Astin, soloist. Margaret Clark served as wedding consultant; Glenda Elliott, of Blue Ridge, Va., attended the guestbook, and Lisa Henry, of Wirtz, Va., was the program attendant. Barry Brooks provided the photography. After the wedding, the bridal couple traveled across campus to the reception in a horse-drawn carriage. The reception was held in lower Franklin Hall.
After a wedding trip to Key Largo, Florida, the couple will reside in Goodview, Va.
