Bray covered the 3.1-mile course in 16 minutes, 29 seconds to win the boys' competition. Casey Motley and Jason Herron of Salem finished second and third.
Reynolds was timed in 19:36 to win the girls' division ahead of Meridith Hays of Rockbridge County and Cara Thompson of Northside.
William Byrd's boys won the team title, edging Salem 44-46. Northside and Lord Botetourt also qualified for the regional meet Oct. 30 at Alleghany.
Alleghany, with six of the top 12 finishers, won the girls' division, 38-62, over Lord Botetourt. The Cavaliers placed three runners in the top six. Northside and William Byrd also advanced to regional competition.
In other high school sports:
David Angell of Franklin County and Jennifer Pohlig of Pulaski County each set course record to claim the individual titles in the Roanoke Valley District cross country meet at Pulaski County High School.
Angell ran the 2.9-mile course in 15:45. Pohlig finished in 19:08.
With four of the top six finishes in the boys' race and six of the top 10 finishers in the girls' race, defending champion Cave Spring easily reclaimed the titles.
The top three teams and top-15 runners in each race advance to the regional meet Oct. 28 in Charlottesville.
