EMERGENCIES IS TALK TOPIC

John Gallagher, a certified American Red Cross instructor, will talk Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. about dealing with emergencies that may occur at home or school. The program is sponsored by the Virginia Tech Resource and Referral Center as part of its child care education series.
