OBIT PAYNE, MURIEL NAPIER

PAYNE, Muriel Napier, 39, of Roanoke, died Tuesday, October 19, 1993. Survivors include one daughter, Ms. Ericke N. Napier, Roanoke; her father, Vance E. Napier, Sr., Roanoke; five sisters and brother-in-law, Mr. & Mrs. Kenneth (Rachel) Jones, Ms. Chele R. Napier, Mrs. Vanessa F. Hardy, Ms. Christobelle A. Napier, Ms. Auldra A. Napier; three brothers, Vance E. Napier Jr., Samuel H. Napier, Ralph E. Napier, all of Roanoke. Funeral services 11 a.m. Monday at Williams Memorial Baptist Church, with the Rev. Paul E. Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Old Dominion Gardens. The family will receive friends 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Fizer's Funeral Home.
