The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David W. Maxey of Troutville, Virginia. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry G. Mann of Roanoke, Virginia.
Reverend Peter Leddy officiated the double ring ceremony. Hazel Compton, of Roanoke, performed a solo, and Donald Obenchain, of Troutville, was the organist.
The maid of honor was Elaine Maxey, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Mitzi Hill, Cristy McEwen, and Amy Reisch, all friends of the bride. Ashley Crowder was the flower girl.
The best man was Tim Mann, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Mark Terry, Lee Thacker, and Mike Wills, all friends of the groom. Chad Brock and Kevin O'Conner, also friends of the groom, served as ushers at the wedding.
Following the ceremony, the bride's parents entertained with a reception at the Botetourt Country Club.
The bride is a graduate of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. She is employed by Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Roanoke.
The groom is also a graduate of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. He is employed by Countryside Golf Course in Roanoke.
Following a honeymoon to Cancun, the couple will reside in Blue Ridge, Virginia.
