PRICE-HELMS

Linda Woods Helms and James Douglas Price were united in marriage October 9, 1993, in an outdoor ceremony at Sunnyside Farm, McCoy, Virginia, with the Reverend Kenneth Price, uncle of the groom, officiating. The reception followed the ceremony.

The bride was escorted by Ralph E. Cummings, Jr., friend of the bride.

The maid of honor was Sharon Woods, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Jeannie Smith, sister of the groom, and Kim McNeil Cummings, friend of the bride. The best man was Richard H. Price, father of the groom. Groomsmen were Perry M. Price and Michael L. Price. brothers of the groom. Flowergirls were Mary Ann Price and Carrie Price, nieces of the groom. Ringbearer was Brandon B. Helms, son of the bride.

The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Marcella E. Woods and the late Mr. Billy L. Woods of Christiansburg. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard H. Price of Pembroke.

The couple will live in Christiansburg.
