The Craig County Board of Supervisors voted to terminate the stamp program, according to Richard C. Flora, county administrator.
The number of counties requiring hunters to purchase the $1 stamp has been declining. Only Alleghany, Floyd, Highland, Rockbridge, Russell and Wythe continue the program, according to the 1993-94 Virginia hunting regulations.
