Crestar Financial Corp. has declared an 18 percent increase in the bank's stock dividend. The dividend of 33 cents a share, which is $1.32 on an annual basis, is payable Nov. 19 to shareholders on Nov. 1. This is the third increase this year and restores the dividend to its value prior to the recession.

\ Mr. Su's, a downtown Roanoke restaurant specializing in Vietnamese and Chinese food, will move from Kirk Avenue, opening Nov. 1 at 118 Campbell Avenue. The new restaurant, in the former Wright Furniture Co. building, will seat 150. The family business is owned by Nam Su.

\ Advance Stores Co. Inc. will open a new Advance Auto Parts store Friday at 1405 Electric Road, Salem.
