OBIT RINER, DELMER R.
RINER, Delmer R. 83, of Wise, died Tuesday, October 26, 1993, in a Salem
nursing home. He was a native of Wise County and was retired from the Seaver's
Bakery in Johnson City, Tenn. Surviving are his wife, Ada Jane Addington
Riner, Wise; two daughters, Charlotte Ann Farmer, Richmond, Peggy J. Riner,
Roanoke; two sons, Phil C. Riner, Nashville, Tenn., Gary M. Riner, Falling
Waters, W. Va.; eight grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; 13
great-grandchildren; two stepsisters, Leola Riner, Wise, Estelle Mattingly,
Johnson City, Tenn. Funeral services will be at Oakey's Vinton Chapel, 9 a.m.
Thursday, with Pastor Ira F. Tolliver officiating. Interment will be at the
Washington County Memory Gardens in Washington County, Tenn., 3 p.m. Thursday.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Oakey's Vinton
Chapel.
