MOCCASINS SOUTHERN CONFERENCE PICK

Tennessee-Chattanooga has been chosen to win the Southern Conference men's basketball championship by the league's sports information directors.

The Moccasins return two starters from last year's team that went 26-7 and won the conference regular-season and tournament titles.

East Tennessee State was second in the voting, followed by Marshall, Georgia Southern, Davidson, Furman, Appalachian State, The Citadel, Western Carolina and VMI.
