TECH SGA LEADER RECEIVES SCHOLARSHIP

Virginia Tech Student Government Association president Ronnie Stephenson of Hampton is the first recipient of the Tom Moss Endowed Leadership scholarship.

Moss, a 1950 Tech alumnus, is speaker of the Virginia House of Delegates.

Stephenson, a business major and president of the class of 1995, was named as winner of the $1,700 annual scholarship last week at a ceremony in Norfolk honoring Moss.
