Survivors include her husband, Lennie Walter Griffin, Roanoke; one son and daughter-in-law, Walter McDaniel and Julia Griffin, Rockville, Maryland; two daughters, Mrs. Elsie Griffin Foy and Mrs. Vivian Griffin Powell both of Winston-Salem, N.C.; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Rufus and Elizabeth White, Roanoke, Melvin and Lucille White, Elizabeth City, N.C.; one sister, Mrs. Sarah White Mason, Philadelphia, Pa.; four grandsons; three granddaughters; two great-granddaughters; three great-grandsons; host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
