PULASKI NOVEMBER WATER BILLS HIGHER

November water bills will be a bit higher for town residents next month. The town will pass along a one-time $2.05 charge for each water-service connection on bills due Nov. 15. The waterworks operations fee has been assessed by the Virginia Department of Health for all waterworks.

The town will forward the fees to the Department of Health to assist waterworks operators to comply with the Safe Drinking Water Act.

The fee is a one-time annual charge and covers the period July 1, 1993, to June 30, 1994.
