Stephanie Leslie Tignor and David Hamilton Smith are engaged and planning to be married in March, 1994, in Roanoke. She is a daughter of Frank Leslie Tignor and Carol Watt Tignor. She graduated from Cave Spring High School and is employed by The Orkand Corporation, Salem, Va. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Smith, of Roanoke. He graduated from Catalina High School in Arizona and is also employed by The Orkand Corporation.
