Kayla Nichole Stover was born October 11, 1993, at 8:50 p.m. at Chippenham Medical Center in Richmond, Va. She weighed 8 lbs. 7 oz. and was 20 3/4 inches in length. The proud parents are Peggy and Vincent Dale Stover. Maternal grandparents are Faye Grissom, of Colonial Heights, Va., and James Phillingane, of Sanford, N.C. Paternal grandparents are Elizabeth Stover, of Roanoke, Va., and the late Robert Stover, of Roanoke.
