OBIT CHITWOOD, FRANCES LEE

CHITWOOD, Frances Lee, 62, of Roanoke, died Saturday, October 30, 1993. She was preceded in death by her son, Paul William (Billy) Wright and is survived by her children, Linda Smithson, Vinton, Wesley A. Chisom, Boones Mill, Jesse L. Chisom, Sr., Rocky Mount, Boyd L. Chisom, Jr., Roanoke, Frances Carlene Spry, Pembroke, Ky. and Faye Launderville, Roanoke; one brother, Carl Puffenbarger, Roanoke; two sisters, Virginia Vandergrift and Earline Jordan, both of Roanoke; 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at Lotz Roanoke Chapel 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 2, 1993 with the Rev. Jeff Crabtree officiating. Interment will be in Fair View Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Lotz Roanoke Chapel 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. both Sunday and Monday.
