OBIT BOWLES, LINDA HOUSMAN ARRINGTON

BOWLES, Linda Housman Arrington, 48, of Redwood, formerly of Rt. 1, Axton, passed away Saturday, October 30, 1993 in the Memorial Hospital of Martinsville and Henry County. She attended the Mt. Calvary Pentecostal Holiness Church of Axton and was preceded in death by her father, Coolidge Housman. Surviving are her husband, George Everette Bowles; one son, Randy Lynn Arrington; one daughter, Annette Gail Arrington, all of Redwood; three stepchildren, E. Gene Bowles, of Axton, LaVonne Bowles Walden, of Danville and Teresa Bowles Blake, of Brosville; her parents, Curtis and Frances L. Hall; one brother, Glenwood Housman; one sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and David Moore; her grandmother, Ethel B. Lynch, all of Redwood; three nieces and one special niece, Michelle Moore of Redwood. Funeral services 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 2, 1993, at the Arrington-Bussey Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Gary Robertson officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Friends may call anytime after 1 p.m. Monday, where the family will be from 7 to 9 p m. at the Arrington-Bussey Funeral Home, Rocky Mount.
