OBIT REED, NELLIE L.

REED, Nellie L., 94, of Roanoke, formerly of Murray Ave., S.E., died Monday, November 1, 1993. Mrs. Reed was a member of Belmont Baptist Church. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Nadine Archer, Mt. Pleasant; two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert M. and Phyllis C. Reed, Franklin County, Charles W. and Carolyn B. Reed, Mt. Pleasant; one sister, Eunice Tawney, Pembroke; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 3, 1993, 10 a.m. at Lotz Roanoke Chapel, with the Rev. Jerry L. Cloninger officiating. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Lotz Roanoke Chapel.
