John is a graduate of Roanoke College with a Bachelor Degree in BusinessAdministration. He is employed by Salem Bank and Trust.

A private ceremony is scheduled for November 12, 1993 aboard the Carnival Cruise Ship Ecstasy followed by a honeymoon cruise to Nassau.
