TAYLOR-MORTON

Ann Thomas Morton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Don T. Morton, of Fork Union, and Johnathan Brian Taylor, son of Sharon L. Taylor, of Radford, were married in an evening ceremony on October 9, 1993, at the Church of God of Prophecy in Radford.

Officiating at the double ring ceremony were the Rev. Dean H. Morton, uncle of the bride, of Wilmington, N.C., and the Rev. Cecil Frazier, pastor.

Attending the bride as maid of honor was Karen Nicolini, of Bryant Beach, N.J. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Susan Brown, of Lisbon, Conn., Mrs. Ellen Hannabass, of Hickory, N.C., sisters of the bride, and Valerie McHugh, of Rockville, Md.

Jason Taylor, of Radford, brother of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Eric Hulett, of Elkins, W. Va., and Gary Cross and Jerry Rector, of Radford.

A reception was held at The Farmhouse in Christiansburg.

The bride, formerly of Roanoke County, graduated from Northside High School and Radford University.

Mr. Taylor graduated from Radford High School and Radford University where he recently received his Masters degree. He is a First Lieutenant in the Virginia Army National Guard and is employed by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.

The couple will reside in Charlotte, N.C.
