R. A. "Pete" and Juanita Petrone celebrated their 50th weddinganniversary November 6, 1993. The couple was married in New Haven, Conn. in 1943 when he was in the service stationed at Yale University. They have one son, Ralph, who resides in Blacksburg, Va. Mrs. Petrone is retired after 26 years with Information Systems at Virginia Tech. Mr. Petrone is an Associate Realtor with ERA Townside, Inc. in Blacksburg, Va. The couple reside at Claytor Lake in Dublin, Va.
