HIS NEXT SHOWER WILL BE IN JAIL

Fairfax County police arrested a homeless man Sunday after he was found showering in a Reston home he had broken into.

Cecil Howard, 20, of no fixed address was being held on $10,000 bond.

Officers were called to the home after a neighbor reported hearing glass shattering. No one was home at the time, police said.

Howard, who was charged with burglary, had been seen knocking on doors in the neighborhood the night before, police said. - Associated Press
