`COMMUNITY AT PRAYER' ON SALE

"A Community at Prayer," a collection of prayers by the Rev. Alfred C. Payne, will be on sale Friday through Sunday during the YMCA Crafts Fair in Squires Student Center on the Virginia Tech campus.

Payne, for many years Virginia Tech's chaplain, will be on hand on Squires' first floor Friday, 3:30-5 p.m.; Saturday, 11-noon; and Sunday, 3:30-4:30 p.m., to sign copies of his book, which recounts prayers he delivered over the past three decades or so.
