OBIT PRICE, ROSCOE

OBIT PRICE, Roscoe ("Smoke"), 94, of Pulaski and Hillsville, Va., passed away Monday, November 8, l993, in the Pulaski Community Hospital. Mr. Price was the former owner and operator of Triangle Service Station on Route 100. Mr. Price lived with his son and daughter-in-law in Hillsville for a number of years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Neva Q. Price. Surviving are: a son, Ballard Preston Price, Hillsville; a daughter, Dawn Price Whitt, Edenton, N.C.; a granddaughter, Neva Whitt Miller, Greenville, N.C. Funeral service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m., from Stevens Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Levi Humphreys officiating. Burial will follow in The Thornspring Cemetery, Pulaski County. Visitation will be held Wednesday evening at Stevens Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Arrangements by Stevens Funeral Home, Inc., Pulaski, Va.
