OBIT ARNOLD, LOCKIE G.
ARNOLD, Lockie G., 90, of Saltville, did Monday, November 8, 1993, in the
Birdmont Nursing Home in Wytheville, Va. She was a member of the First
Christian Church in Saltville, Va. Mrs. Arnold was preceded in death by her
husband, Mr. Louis G. Arnold and one son, Eugene F. Arnold. Survivors include
one son, Lewis C. Arnold, Rocky Mount, Va.; one daughter, Wanda A. Souders,
Gasburg, Va.; one sister, Macie Ratcliff, Chilhowie, Va.; six grandchildren;
thirteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral
services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in the D. R. Henderson Funeral
Home Chapel, with the Rev. Ray Rolen officiating. Burial will follow in the
Elizabeth Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday
evening at Henderson's Funeral Home in Saltville, Va.
